The Hotel Schloss Burgellern is a hotel and restaurant to suit your taste. The most important thing in our family-run business is the quality of the products and their processing. As one of the few remaining restaurants with Franconian and international à la carte cuisine in the Bamberg district, we place great value on tasty, visually appealing dishes without artificial additives such as flavor enhancers. The working atmosphere in our castle kitchen is extremely pleasant and very flat hierarchies mean that you can also realize your ideas here.
The main tasks include cooking in the à la carte operation (position: Head of Party). Appropriate instruction with sufficient advance notice and suitable training courses are available.
Based on your training and professional experience, you are confident in managing a position independently and have already acquired knowledge and skills beyond your training, such as fish cuisine, international cuisine or patisserie. You enjoy appearing in front of guests. Creating 3 to 7 course menus, whether vegetarian or vegan, is not a burden for you but a passion.
We expect our permanent chefs to have an above-average interest in their profession and a willingness to undertake continuous training both inside and outside the company.
