Process

We welcome you to the champagne reception in our von Schönbornsaal at 19:00 p.m.

We have festively decorated our most beautiful banquet room for our guests.
You sit at round tables with up to 8 guests.

Choose your 7-course menu of the year between fish, meat or vegan. To accompany your meal, you can find your favorite wine from our carefully selected wine list and toast at midnight with sparkling wine or champagne. For those who prefer non-alcoholic drinks, we have non-alcoholic seccos and wines from Jörg Geiger.

From 22 pm we open our bar with selected cocktails, whiskey and regional specialties.

Together we toast the New Year and forget our worries during our fireworks display in the castle park.

The Viennese Waltz in the castle park has already become a tradition and rounds off the year in a lively manner.

Strengthened by a snack, we celebrate until the morning.
