Bamberg's best breakfast

Enjoy our delicious breakfast at Burgellern Castle. From 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. we spoil you with all kinds of specialities from our castle park and the region. Try our tasty self-smoked ham or the castle honey and the fruit spreads freshly prepared by our chefs. In addition to the much sought-after standards such as fresh eggs, scrambled eggs with bacon or even home-made fruit salad and fresh fruit, allergy sufferers or vegans will always find something delicious with us. With special wishes we are also not too bad to fulfil them if possible.

With the introduction of the Covid-19 hygiene requirements of the Bavarian government, we are unfortunately unable to offer breakfast in buffet form at present. However, we have put a lot of thought and effort into this and from 30.05. we offer our guests a choice of individual plate breakfasts. From vegan to hearty franconian, lots of fruit or classic sweet. Everyone will find something here and if not, we will spontaneously redesign!
