If the room turnover expectation is reached, the room rent is not applicable. Otherwise the difference will be charged as room rent.

Equipment of the conference rooms
If you only want the room for your event, the following is included in the room rental:
- Seating according to your ideas (e.g. banquet, parliamentary, U-shape, cinema or seating circle)
- Conference technology according to the equipment of the rooms (see also conference room overview)
- Use of the room for a maximum of 12 hours
For catering, please use our conference packages or ask for an individual offer for your event.
